South Loop Redevelopment

PEA worked with DesignStudio24 & GW Properties for the landscape design on a multi-tenant large redevelopment in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to the City's rigorous landscape requirements, PEA collaborated with the developer and tenants to provide a sustainable planting solution. The project was constructed in 2020.
