Peepers Corporate Campus

PEA first started working on the Peepers Facility in the Spring of 2013. We designed an expanded parking area, screening fence, new identification sign, and totally upgraded planting scheme.

PEA began working on the Phase Two building expansion in the Fall of 2018. The features of the phase two work include an outdoor seating area for their employees, new exposed aggregate walkways, multiple flagpole area, and expanded plantings to screen neighboring properties.

Phase Three design work began in 2023 with anticipated construction complete in 2024.
