NW Indiana Croquet Facility

PEA assisted the Northwest Indiana Croquet Association (NWICA) in the evaluation of a championship-level croquet facility at two separate park sites in NW Indiana (Dogwood Park & Sunset Hill Farm). Conceptual plans, cost estimates and renderings were developed for both sites and presented to the respective park boards for the Town of Chesterton and Porter County.

In late 2019, NWICA began negotiations on a long-term lease agreement with Porter County for the Sunset Hill Farm site. PEA prepared construction documents in Spring 2020. The construction awaiting full funding.
