Brookdale Park Master Plan

Prior to PEA, Jon Ruble served as project landscape architect for park planning and design for the development of a sports complex and passive landscape features within a 65-acre property owned by the Porter County Parks & Recreation Department. The master plan was completed in 2011 and implementation awaits funding opportunities.

In 2024, PEA was commissioned by Porter County Parks to update the 2011 master plan and provide low-cost feasible projects to activate the west side of the property. Implementation on the playground, landscape restorations and mowed trails began in 2025.
