Coffee Creek Park Master Plan

In 2021, PEA teamed with SEH to develop a master plan for Coffee Creek Park in downtown Chesterton. The project team worked closely with the park board, stakeholders and general public to develop a strong program and vision to turn this under-utilized park into a true gem for downtown.

The project team developed alternatives for the park which were presented at park board meetings and the local European Market to gain more public feedback. The preferred plan and implementation strategy was approved in late 2021, with the initial phase of construction slated for 2022. 3D renderings provided by SEH.
