Porter Memorial Hospital

PEA was part of the team that worked with Duneland Group to develop the site for a new Porter County community hospital in 2011. The Porter County Planning Department had just enacted a very stringent landscape ordinance and this project was the first major project in Porter County to be built using the ordinance. The project included landscape design, patio areas and incorporating a pocket park adjacent to the existing lake on the site.
